Exchange and Returns
Don't worry! At ASEER, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction and happiness. If you've encountered a problem with your product or simply changed your mind, our return and exchange policy is here to help.
How to proceed?
If you have encountered a malfunction or wish to cancel your purchase, simply send us an email to aseerbrasil@gmail.com, explaining the situation. Our team will be ready to guide you on the next steps. Remember, you have up to seven days after receiving your product to contact us.
Conditions for Return or Exchange:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- It must not show signs of use.
- Comes with all accessories.
- The sales invoice must be included.
- Send to the address provided in our email response.
Important:
Products showing signs of misuse are not eligible for exchange or return.
Freight?
- If the exchange or return is due to cancellation or any reason other than a product defect, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
- If the reason is a defect or damage to the product, don't worry, the shipping costs, both for returning and sending the new product back, are at our expense.
